Tune In • Reclaim Your Ground • Use Your Voice • Embody Your Leadership
ISSUE NO. 13 | NOVEMBER 2026
Hello Reader,
I have a little news to share as we head into November.
Beginning in November, my newsletter will have a new home—and a new name: Beyond the Title.
Leading TRUE will remain my leadership development framework, but Beyond the Title will give us room for a broader conversation about leadership, identity, workplace experiences, and what it means to lead authentically.
Over the past several months, I've been reflecting on where I want to take my writing and the conversations I hope to create.
Leading TRUE began with a particular focus on accomplished women navigating leadership transitions. As the readership has grown, I've recognized that many of the experiences we've explored—finding clarity, reclaiming our voices, navigating expectations, and leading in ways that feel authentic—resonate with leaders across different backgrounds and experiences.
So, as I move to Substack, the conversation will broaden to include accomplished leaders of all genders.
What won't change is my commitment to thoughtful, practical, evidence-informed reflections that help us consider not just what we do as leaders, but who we are becoming along the way.
I'd Love for You to Come Along
If you've enjoyed receiving my newsletters, I hope you'll join me in this next chapter.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you've been reading from the beginning or joined more recently, I appreciate the time and attention you've given these reflections.
I'm looking forward to continuing the conversation with you.
