Finding Your Leadership Voice

Greetings Reader,

There are moments in leadership where your voice matters more than usual.

Not because you need to speak more, but because what you see, understand, or believe carries weight.

And still, even in those moments, something can get softened, filtered, or left unsaid.

This is where many leaders begin to stall, not from a lack of clarity, but from a lack of expression.

Stepping into Your Next Chapter

Finding your leadership voice is not about speaking more or becoming someone different.

It’s about removing what is no longer necessary, the over-filtering, the hesitation, the quiet self-editing, so that what you already know can come through more clearly.

This is often a subtle shift, but a meaningful one.

Because leadership is not experienced internally, it is experienced through how you show up, how you communicate, and how you allow yourself to be heard.

“You do not find your voice. You allow it.”

Try This...

The next time you find yourself pausing before speaking, notice what you are editing.

Ask yourself:

What would I say if I trusted my perspective fully?

You don’t need to force the moment, simply begin to observe the pattern.

A Question I Am Sitting With

Where in your leadership are you clear — but not fully expressed?

If you’d like a moment to reflect on this more deeply, you can begin here:

TRUE Story

A client I worked with had a clear point of view on how her team needed to evolve, but she consistently softened her message in leadership meetings.

Over time, this created confusion, not because her thinking lacked clarity, but because it wasn’t being fully communicated.

As she began to express her perspective more directly, something shifted.

Her team aligned more quickly. Decisions became easier. And she no longer carried the quiet frustration of feeling unheard.

The insight wasn’t new, but her willingness to voice it was.

Ready for Your Next Chapter?

If you’re recognizing this pattern in your own leadership, it may be time to pause and realign how you’re showing up.

This is the work I do with leaders, creating space to clarify, express, and move forward with greater intention.U

ntil next month remember, you don't need a new title to lead differently.

In your corner,
