ISSUE NO. 2 | DECEMBER 2025
Finding Your Way Forward
Greetings Reader,
I’m glad you’re here — let’s take a breath and begin.
Some seasons of leadership are marked by momentum and certainty.
Others arrive quietly — with questions, restlessness, or a subtle sense that something inside you is shifting.
If you’re in one of those quieter seasons, you’re not alone. Many accomplished women experience this just before their next chapter begins taking shape.
With that in mind, let’s dive into this month’s feature…
Stepping into Your Next Chapter
There comes a moment when the strategies that once carried you no longer feel aligned. You may still be performing at a high level — yet something feels off in the background:
- The work drains more energy than it gives.
- Your voice feels muted in rooms where you used to feel clear.
- Your confidence isn’t gone… but it feels quieter.
This is not failure.
This is transition.
And it’s often the first signal that your leadership is asking for something deeper: clarity, alignment, and a return to what feels true for you.
Stepping into your next chapter isn’t about reinventing yourself.
It’s about reclaiming the parts of you that have always been strong — and bringing them forward with intention.
“Every meaningful transition begins with a pause — a moment of honesty about what no longer serves and what you’re ready to reclaim.”
Try This...
A 5-Minute Alignment Check
Set a timer for five minutes and write down your answers to three questions:
- Where in my leadership do I feel most at ease right now?
- Where am I feeling tension, resistance, or fatigue?
- What is one small shift that would help me feel more like myself again?
Don’t analyze. Don’t edit.
Just write.
Often the smallest reflections uncover the clearest truths.
True Story
A senior director I worked with recently reached out because, in her words,
“My confidence didn’t disappear — it just feels quiet. And I don’t know why.”
From the outside, she was thriving: promoted twice, trusted by her CEO, leading a high-visibility team. Internally, she felt unsettled. The strategies that once worked no longer felt natural. She was questioning whether she was still on the right path.
Through our work, she rediscovered the values she’d pushed aside, reclaimed her voice in difficult conversations, and created new rhythms that restored her energy.
By the end of our time together, she wasn’t just confident — she was clear, grounded, and leading from a place that finally felt like her again.
That’s the power of alignment.
Ready for Your Next Chapter?
You’ve achieved so much — yet something inside you knows there’s more.
More clarity. More ease. More alignment between who you are and how you lead.
Leading TRUE is my signature coaching experience for accomplished women ready to realign their leadership and step into what’s next with confidence and purpose.
If you’re ready to pause, reflect, and begin again — I’d love to start that conversation with you.
Until next month remember, you don't need a new title to lead differently.
In your corner,
